The chairman and managing director of Raymond Ltd., Gautam Singhania, has charged Lamborghini with having misguided leadership in Asia and India. He began his journey in Mumbai while test-driving his brand-new Lamborghini Revuelto. Within 15 days of receiving the car, there was a complete power blackout on the city’s main thoroughfare, the Trans Harbor Link.
In a post, he expressed his shock at the state of affairs, stating that he could not fathom that such a costly luxury vehicle could have this problem. “I got stuck after taking a test drive of the new Lamborghini Revuelto. Are there issues with dependability? I’ve heard of three of them having problems within 15 days of delivery,” he said.
After that, he asked, “Are these cars reliable?” while posting the “evidence of the brand new Revuelto having to be towed away due to total electrical failure.”
Following this, Singhania shared his complaints on X, tagging Francesco Scardaoni and Sharad Agarwal, the head of Lamborghini’s Asia division. None of them had offered to get in touch with him to address his complaints or inquire about his well-being, he said. “I’m shocked at the arrogance,” he added, adding that there was a lack of accountability despite the expectation of a high-end, successful company.
“Customer delight is very important,” a user commented.
While some people think that customer service agents should manage these kinds of issues, others think that upscale companies ought to address concerns appropriately. More than 12,000 people have viewed the post on social media.
