The GSEB is expected to announce the GUJCET 2024 results in the last week of April. GUJCET 2024 requires applicants in the General category to score at least 40%. In the event of a tie (meaning when more than one applicant has the same marks), higher mathematics and physics scores are preferred. If the tie remains, individuals with higher math and chemistry scores will be given priority.
GUJCET 2024 was scheduled to be conducted on March 31 in two shifts, 10 AM to noon and 2 PM to 4 PM, in offline mode. GSEB had earlier revised the exam date to avoid a clash with the CBSE board exams in 2024. The exam was supposed to be conducted on April 2, but it was later postponed to March 31.
The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) conducts an exam for admission into various pharmacy and engineering courses across Gujarat. 120 multiple-choice questions from subjects such as physics, chemistry, biology, and mathematics are included in the exam. The syllabus comprises NCERT class 11 and class 12 syllabus for relevant subjects.
